Add additional assistance levels to assistance type goals

CGA is a standard level is assistance and is needed in order to show progress for some of our more involved patients.

Can we add more assistance levels to the drop down menus in the goals section of the daily notes. Is it possible to have more levels? For example: max A mod-max A mod A min-mod A min A max VCs-min A max VC mod-max VCs mod VC min-mod VCs min VC mod I-min VCs mod I independent

I think it would be nice to have a "Contact Guard Assist" between min assist and stand-by assist in the levels of assistance option in a goal. There's a big difference for me as a PT between stand-by, contact guard, and minA.

Add "Setup" assistance to the drop down menu as it is better than "minimal" assistance but not quite "standby"

Can you please add Contact Guard Assistance as an option for level of assistance under the goal section please?
