Display goal when entering data in docs tab

In the Docs tab when entering goal data using the Enter Data icon under the goal, show me what goal I'm entering data for. When the dialog box opens, the goal isn't displayed and if I walk away and come back, I can see what goal I'm entering data for without having to close it.

    Show goals when you are on the data entry screen, sometimes it is hard to remember the specific criteria for a specific goal.

    Please have goal populate when entering data so we are able to see what our original goal states. Currently the date box pops up and covers the goal we had written.
