Charge for late cancellations/no show from the schedule

If a caregiver/patient calls to cancel an appointment and it's outside of our cancellation window, allow me to apply a charge directly from the appointment so I don't have to navigate to the patient's billing account.

    There needs to be a way to add certain billing codes such as a "No Show Fee" to a billing account without writing a note. We don't want our therapists writing a daily note for "No Shows" because we don't want to deduct a visit from their authorization. However if we add it from the +Charge each we would need to type out the description and total each time which isn't the most lean process either. An even better process would be for a pop up when we mark an appointment as a "no show" that asks if you want to charge the pre-determined no show fee. We don't want it to be blanket applied to every No Show though because we can't bill Medicaid patients for a no show.

    At minimum prompt, "would you like to change this patient $25 for a no show fee"?

    It would be nice to be able to attach a no show fee to a missed visit. Our thought is for the $ sign to be available even if the visit is cancelled or no showed. That way it attaches to the visit.

    This would be SO helpful and help keep us more accountable when administering the fee to the clients!

    When marking a client as a "no-show" have there be an option to automatically attach a fee that sends to billing.
