Allow co-signers to revise assistant's documentation

As a supervising therapist, allow me to revise documentation completed by my assistants. If there's a change that needs to be made after my assistant has completed the document, I want to be able to quickly edit it without going back and forth with my assistant.

    Was wondering why a co-signer is not allowed to make edits in a document sent to them to co-sign? Looks like only a contributor can make edits but then the contributor/co-signer has 2 signatures on the note in addition to the the original therapist/student.

    Please make the session notes editable by the assistant's supervisor. Having them locked when still needing a supervisor signature doesn't make sense when the supervisor is in charge of the final note and how it reads. I would really appreciate being able to fix notes before signing. Thank you!
