Allow for automatic recurring payments

This is a desperate plea to add on the recurring payments as we have a variety of client families who do not come in to our front office during sessions, they wait in their cars/run errands, or we go to daycares to see these clients. Therefore, they are not able to process payments in office. Additionally, many of our families are working full time and cannot complete communication in regards to payments during our office hours, and so use of a recurring payment set up would be an absolute lifesaver. I did demos with many EMRs before choosing Fusion and they had options for recurring payments within the system. PLEASE add this option for the sake of clinic flow, incomes, and sanity for our front and back offices.

PLEASE PLEASE ADD. With our volume, charging one credit at a time is insanity. Adding this function would be life altering for us.

Add the option for automatic payments when a patient checks in for people with co-pays or private pay options.

Set up a system where, once a client has been confirmed to have a copay and has signed a consent to charge form, the clients card will be automatically billed for the amount they owe instead of having to go through and manually charge every copay, coinsurance, or clinic fee.

Agree with Mayya, considering canx fusion due to these lack of features. If Simple Practice can do it, cheaper, then so can Fusion.

Our patients would like to make a payment plan. This would be easiest if we could schedule the payments ahead of time and have Fusion automatically process them on the scheduled date.

Hi, I am happy you all did the credit card payments through the system. But it could be so much better! Since this is an income for you, saving credit cards from the clients side should be a priority! Look at Ivy Pay or Simple Practice, they all have a way for the client to put their credit card on file, save it, and be charged automatically. Even the clients pay their invoices, it doesn't save any time or make it easy for them! You could be bringing in so much money from this by automating it. I don't have to hound clients for credit cards, and their credit cards get saved in the safest way instead of us trying to keep it safe with so many work arounds. Please tell me you are working on this and there is a roll out date

I would like to be able to setup recurring payments on client accounts, both weekly and monthly. I would also like to be able to change the card on file without having to process a payment, there are times when a payment isn't due and a card needs to be replaced. Thank you!
