Customize expiration date for emailed documents before being revoked

Allow me to set how much time the recipient has to view the email before the link expires.

    Patients need more than 7 days to view/pay their invoices. Please allow us to customize, within a range is acceptable.

    I was just told that the link for billing, intake forms and other items emailed through Fusion expires after 24 hours. Is this true? That is not realistic at all. Many people don't check emails daily or on vacation. This needs to be extended for at least a week. In addition, I would like to that the patient can see when that link expires.

    I would like to be able to extend the expiration duration (7 days) to receive documents. Maybe 2-3 full weeks? This way if documents are sent when therapists and/or other health care workers who use this platform are out of town, etc., it will allow all of us to be able to see this documents when we return.

    Please allow billing invoices to be viewed for more than 7 days.

    I believe there's a 2 week expiration on documents emailed from Fusion. Could the length of the expiration window be extended? Thanks!

    Extend time patients can view invoices - 7 days is too short!
