Solution for patients in foster care

We service kids in foster care and sometimes they return home to their biological family. Allow us a way to protect the information of the foster family. Sometimes the biological parents request documents that were completed at the time of the child being in foster care.

    Thought I would share what I do...we list the DHHS as primary contact -often with the caseworkers name, and address on the first screen---then add foster parent as the secondary contact---this keeps their names off the documents.
