Flag appointments for supervision

Our PTs have to supervise every 8 visits or 30 days. Have Fusion flag the appointments where supervision needs to occur.

    I am scheduled to sign off on the COTAs note on the 6th visit. Alabama now requires the registered therapist to treat the child on the 6th visit. So, I need to be alerted when the 6th visit is so I can see the child.
