Customize fax cover sheets

Allow me to customize the fax cover sheets to exclude certain information from populating and/or add additional information.

    It's not about it being customizable, it's about it being functional. If the recipient can't read the message because it's smaller than the confidential disclaimer, that's a huge functionality issue. Emily Fine Wheels On The Bus, Inc.

    There needs to be a Fax Attention field in the Physicians' profiles so when we fax progress notes some of them need to have certain names in the Attention field of the fax for the physicians' offices to route them correctly.
