Allow admins to edit documentation

As an admin, allow me to edit documentation and change things that I see wrong instead of having to send it back to the therapist.

    This would save so much time and micromanaging!

    As an admin and business owner it is very concerning that I do not have the flexibility to make corrections to identified errors. It allows for speed of correction and more control over making changes to ensure accuracy.
