Open document from the appointment

Would like to hover over checked in appointment and write the note from there rather than going to Docs and Daily Note and Not started- takes too much time

I'd like to be able to go from the patient's checked in appt on the scheduler right to the note that needs to accompany that DOS- the way it's set up now requires me to check in the appt, and then go to DOCs and then find the "not started" appointment. Takes too long. Thanks
