As an administrator, allow me to turn off the quick discharge feature for our therapists. We want them to write a full discharge report if they are discharging a patient.
We have been having the problem of therapists using the quick discharge process to get rid of people who have dropped out of therapy so that they don't get paperwork reminders for them instead of just writing a discharge summary (Which is required for the plan of care) When this happens it also becomes difficult to determine what actually happened to those people because there is no paper trail We only want Administrators to be able to "clean up" accounts that were created in error or for individuals who never actually came in.
