Include a patient field when adding a task

When adding a task, allow me to include a patient's name in a separate field that links to that patient.

    A great addition to your program would to add a link or tab for TASKs for each patient. It would be easy access from the patient link and save a set also would help with keeping notes and following up on the task So let TASKS be a additional tab in Patient Profile

    It would be very efficient to add a hyper link in a task such as the patients name should turn blue to be able to click on it and it take us straight to the patients file.
