When sending a document either by fax or email, make the "Message" font larger on the recipients end because our physicians are having a hard time reading our messages.
It's not about it being customizable, it's about it being functional. If the recipient can't read the message because it's smaller than the confidential disclaimer, that's a huge functionality issue.
