Select multiple service types for a user

Allow me to assign more than one service type to a single user.

    You can now add custom therapy cases to Fusion, such as "Feeding", that therapists from multiple service types can work with if needed. This means, for example, that both an OT therapist and an ST therapist could work on Feeding cases!     My idea is to allow a user to have multiple roles without having to use a second email address.

    We need to be able to select more than one service type for providers who are both speech therapists and BCBAs. We are going to start using the TH service for ABA and those crossover clinicians are going to have to have two different logins and two different schedules to manage until this can be addressed.

    I would love to be able to add feeding or the Other therapy to our OT's as we do separate appointments when we work on feeding.

    We need the ability to be able to select multiple services for some of our therapists. We have Speech Therapists that are also ABA therapists so they will need access to both types of appointments.
