Track supervision in Fusion

Yes... this would be SOOOO helpful - Maybe a "NOTE" SECTION" in the USER's file. just to document date - hours of supervision and possibly what client we discussed - It is NOT helpful to doc on each individual client's chart, as many of the COTA or PTA need to print out the "proof" of supervision. If in note section the COTA can print the document and send to lic. agency.

It would be helpful to have a space for Supervisors to enter notes pertaining to the supervisee/user rather than a separate log outside of Fusion.

This would be extremely helpful.
