Search keywords in documentation

Allow me to search for keywords in my documentation. For example, if I wanted to see when I probed for sight words, I could search my notes for that.

    It would be helpful to have a function where we could "search" for key words that appear in documents. For example, if I want to see notes that include "Touch Chat app", I could filter through all documents versus opening each note individually.
