When viewing the portal users page, allow me to easily see which patients they are linked to. Family members can change frequently and it would be easier to search by the patient name.
Patient portal users: the list in Admin is completely unhelpful for those clinics, such as ours, whose contacts are not the same as the client (pediatrics) and many times have different last names. it would be ever so helpful to list this by the client's name. Also if there was a search/sort function. Lastly, the patient portal information located in the client's file, between contacts and therapy, does not indicate if they have accepted the link or not. Also would be helpful.
There are opportunities to make this better for the end user (your clients).
