Upload files to billing accounts

Allow me to upload files to billing accounts, such as signed payment plan agreements or cash pay agreements. These are sensitive documents that not everyone should be able to view.

Add a "Files" section to the billing tab for each client or add a way to download files in the "Notes" section on the billing tab so when the billers send records through claim MD they can also store a copy of what was sent on the billing side for the clinic to see. We could also add other files such as denials and insurance records requests here so the General "Files" section on the patient profile is not filling up with billing info when the clinicians need to be able to quickly access the general "Files" for other pertinent info which is currently stored there such as allergies, parent IDs, who is authorized to pick up the child, etc...

Greetings, It would be great if we could add an attachment directly to the billing account notes section. Thanks for your consideration! Tom, Pediatric Therapy Network

Adding a place to upload a file(s) for a billing account. This would be very helpful for the 3rd party billing accounts where a centralized place to store documents for that billing account (not the patient) would help with visibility and access to authorized team members.

A tab in each patient billing account section, where I can upload financial documents. Some documents, such as intake sheets are fine in the files section, but those are available to anyone to anyone in our group. A place is needed for financial documents, such as income verification documents, where they could only be accessed by the billing group. Another method could be to upload documents into the files section, but only allow them to be viewable to certain groups.
