It is frustrating that when you print a bill through fusion that it is not formatted to fit into a billing envelope that is within the HIPPA law compliance for mailing. Unfortunately with our demographics here in Montana, not everyone has an email in order to complete billing through that process. Truly all you would need to do is spread out the address boxes at the top of the invoice in order for them to fit into windowed envelopes. We would like to see this change.
