Differentiate appointment colors for eval-type appointments
Have different colors for appointments that are eval-type appointments. For example, have initial evaluations be a different color than re-assessments rather than having all of them default to the yellow color.
Make re-evaluation, initial evaluation, and progress note different colors in the preset color scheme so it's more obvious from the schedule what kind of appointment is scheduled.
