Easy visual to show Front Desk that money was collected (or wasn't)
Would love the "$" icon on an appointment to be able to track both copays and account payments so it turns green if $ was collected for that day even if it wasn't a copay. (ie Deductible/ Coinsurance/... batch of copays) Even better if it turns yellow if money should have been taken and wasn't. We need an easy way to see who needs followup calls and we can't be bugging our Medicaid folks... Need an efficient way for our Front Desk folks to quickly see what needs to be done. Thanks!
