Detailed statements

I want the ability to print detailed statements that have the same information currently included in detailed invoices.

    Statements should reflect all the detailed information from claims, invoices, etc on a patient's account. Clinic name, address, NPI, Tax info, Diagnosis, CPT etc. required for tax purposes, HSA accounts, etc. This has been needed for quite some time and it is one of the administrative functions lacking in Fusion.
