I agree the goals are difficult to read in this format, even more difficult to "skim" for general details. Having it reported in a table (think report card) where the goal, current status/% and comments were each in their own column--way easier for physicians to get a feel for progress. Let's be honest, most are not going to read 2 pages of narrative goals.
Goals on printed evaluation-type documents should be visually easier to read (maybe in a table) where the start/mastered date and the goal status (mastered, unmastered) is easier to see. The parentheses "(mastered)" at the end of the goal is very easy for parents & other clinicians to miss, especially since it's not even bold or anything!
