When a plan of care is signed, a prompt to send to the physician for signature would be helpful--new therapists, supervisor/co-signer situations could all benefit.
When a progress note, reassessment or eval are completed, Fusion should have an automatic pop up box that asks if you want to fax that document. We have over 20 therapists all completing documents at different times and sometimes they forget to take the extra step to find the document and click on the airplane icon to send them. However if Fusion would automate this process and the therapists were always prompted after completion of these types of documents, their compliance with this process would probably increase greatly!

When signing off on an evaluation document (evaluations, progress notes, re-assessments, and discharges), have a pop-up box prompting to fax/email the completed document to the client's physician for signature.
