It would be nice to be able to search for a patient in ways other than a name search. Being able to search by patient date of birth, contact phone number or parent name would be very helpful.
It would be nice to be able to search patient names for billing reasons but to also be able to search parent/guardian names as well. Most of the time they do not match for us so it would help us tremendously.
When are we ever going to be able to search by a parents name or cell number? No idea how this isn't a possibility by now. We have several kids that do not have the same last name as their parents.

The ability to search with parents names, cell numbers, address, email address, physician's name, diagnosis, eval date, insurance ID name number, etc. So many possibilities that would be used daily.
Today I had a message from a parent about their child, our patient. They didn't identify the child. I had to ask the staff who she was as we didn't want to go back to her and say that we didn't know her since someone actually does know her.
Would be nice to be able to name search contacts. Many of our patients have parents/guardians with different names.
