Notify therapist when patient has low visits/units

There should be an alert when a child is checked in that lets the therapist know if authorized visits are low.

I would LOVE to see a RED flag on the schedule (not when you hover over it) for clients that are down to 5 authorized visits or less.

There needs to be an alert that pops up for therapists either when they check in a patient appointment or when they open a daily note that lets them know when authorizations are low on a patient.

The user would like for authorization reminders to only show once the cpt code has been placed into the daily note. Some authorizations have multiple CPT codes (ex. one only authorized for 1 visit) and therapists do not like seeing the reminder every time they chart for other codes from the authorization. The CPT they are charting for is not within the time-frame setting to trigger the Authorization Reminder.
