When I setup appointment presets for an Eval, Progress Note or Re-Assessment there needs to be another field where I can enter all of the CPT codes that need to pull to those documents "planned interventions" sections whereas currently it only pulls the same cpt code that is on the daily note and it is confusing to our therapists which documents need which codes.
When an evaluation appointment is conducted under a preset (such as 92523), the planned intervention in the plan of care autopopulates with that code instead of a treatment code. I would like it to either autopopulate with a treatment code or remain blank.
