Dear Fusion, One issue with your program relates to client names. The client's name appears on the screen during session. Sometimes their legal name is not their affirmed name. Examples of this have been clients who are trans and their legal name is not the name which affirms their gender and identity. Another example is a client who was adopted and has chosen to change their name but legal name has not yet changed. Seeing this unaffirmed or dead name has caused distress for clients and clinicians. Supporting a client's affirmed name is an important part of mental health therapy. We have been unable to change or modify names on the fusion screen. Is there any way to modify this? Using the "nickname" field for sessions? Removing the name on the screen? Thanks for your attention to this.
