Subsections in the FINDINGS of SLP Evals so that provider could click/check item they're assessing instead of having to scroll through areas they may not have assessed. Instead having a drop down for the areas under Findings - artic/phono, behavior, voice, language. The provider could then only check the ones they wanted instead of having to scroll through so much. Thanks!
Please make tabs in the findings section of the evaluation reports so i can quickly jump between sections (i.e. articulation and expressive language) as I am writing it. Thanks for considering.
Please add a general "Voice Findings - Comments" section. If an SLP is not doing a voice evaluation and just wants to say:
"Client's voice was evaluated informally - appears to be within normal limits." or
"Unable to judge due to limited verbal output" -- I don't want to have to stumbled through all the checkboxes and scroll through 100 sections-- I just want a place to make a 1-2 sentence "voice findings" comment. Thank you! :)
Also- please make voice section "collapsable" if possible.
