Please include 'INSTANCE' on the top line of claims----I have to add it every time I process claims and it is very frustrating. It used to stay up there once you added it to that top bar but now it goes away every single time you move out of claims!! Also need to have patient stay on claims bar when adding claims to remits. I have to add that every time I go in to add claims--also very frustrating and time consuming.
