PLEASE MAKE THIS A TOP PRIORITY!!!
We MUST be able to see in real time if a goal has been mastered during that session. My suggestion is that when a goal hits its mastery level, a pop up box could immediately appear on the screen stating "GOAL MASTERED". Then there could be options to "archive" it and "update the plan of care" at this time so you can add a new goal in place of it. At our clinic we frequently work a goal through the levels of assistance so it is easily editable in the moment if it moves from max A to mod A for example. Currently, in order to know if mastery occurred, we have to GO BACK and review to see. Because of the fast paced profession we are in, going backwards is tough to remember. Then, at the end of the next treatment session, when we go to document, we see that a goal was mastered last session! Anyway, it can get messy but doesn't have to be.
