Record time in/time out in military / 24 hour time conversion

Allow me to enter time in/time out on a document in military time/24 hour conversion (e.g. 0800 instead of 8:00 AM).

    Allow me to choose Military Time to be our default time on daily notes for time in/time out. Tricare requires this information to be put in their claims on box 24 so it would be helpful to not have to convert the time.
