It's so hard to run a clinic using this software if the admin/owner can't see all docs for all patients on their login- I can't even remember which therapist sees which children so to login as that therapist to see if their notes are done is so difficult and not efficient. I like a lot about this platform but I'm about to start looking elsewhere for this reason alone. Thanks!!
