We see children through the Early Intervention system, which means we go into the child's home or childcare center, preschool, or private school. It would be nice if the address of the childcare center could be pulled from the child's file onto the claim form. Insurance companies request the address when the "school" location is selected. I have the address in the child's chart under "school," but it does not pull onto the claim form. Thanks!
