Display selected supervisor's information on invoices
When a billing supervisor is selected within a daily note, display the selected supervisor's information (ex: name, credentials, NPI, etc.) on any created invoices for the patient.
Perhaps this could just be pulling claim info instead of appointment info to the invoices so that it would include supervisor info as well as any modifiers used for the appointment.
