We have two different patients with the same exact name, one is discharged and the other is active however when you go to schedule a patient and select a patient from the patient dropdown in scheduling it doesn't separate patients into active, discharged and referrals like the "search patient" search bar does. As a result schedulers have actually reactivated the wrong patient by picking the first option with that name instead of the second option. If Fusion would separate the list into Active/Referrals/Discharged this wouldn't happen.
