Create a draft schedule

I want the ability to create a draft schedule separate from the calendar. This will help me with schedule planning by allowing me to add or change appointments that do not directly impact the existing calendar.

I agree! I've made a suggestion to add an option for a resource calendar to use for devices or equipment, but it could also be used for this purpose too as a draft.

YES! I just spent an hour trying to brainstorm not having to have 2-3 places to look when dealing with scheduling new clients. I want there to be a place where I can see that a therapist has an opening week to week, not just what this week looks like, since this week we may have moved some appointments around, and the same times won't be available in 2 weeks

SUCH a needed feature. All of us are creating work-arounds to address this issue currently which means WE’RE ALL LESS EFFICIENT THAN WE SHOULD BE considering the fact that we entered into using this EMR in order to improve our efficiencies.

I actually have an Excel spreadsheet that I compare to Fusion every week. I always have the need to shift patient around to a "potential" schedule and when they confirm it works for them, then I add them to Fusion's schedule. I also use the Excel schedule when I am planning a new schedule for a new therapist.

Working Schedule: Y'all should look into having a working schedule that doesn't effect the current scheduling but allows us to view any potential changes we may need to make. It would just be a tab on the side and will pull as a blank schedule and we can add tentative clients or make potential changes to view without adjusting the current schedule.
