Color coding for type of client (some get priority) and where they are in the process (ready for eval or ready for treatment or hold for some reason)--currently we still have to a spread sheet to track all the details.
For starters, we can’t sort by any of the header columns. This is necessary so that we can filter through the data on the screen without having to run a report. If all 60 of our referrals were there, you would understand why this is important. There also should be some way of changing the color or checking some boxes to let us know that one of the referrals is ready to go or something has changed like insurance is no longer active. I understand that we have the notes section, but like I said, when you have 60 to look at, it takes way too long to look through every note.
Please make some changes to the waitlist to make it more useful. At least add the sorting by column header!!
Waitlist- have the ability to prioritize or color code waitlist. We have a priority waitlist and a general waitlist. We want to be able to see it quickly.
