When viewing the Waitlist, I want to see an assigned number to the entry to easily see how many patients are on the list in total. Additionally, I want to easily see where on the list a particular patient is overall versus where they are for a particular service type (e.g. Patient A is the 25th overall entry; however, is 4th on the list for OT services).
