Include additional payer types in payer settings

I want the ability to select additional payer types when adding or editing a payer that match the types listed in box 1 of the CMS 1500 form. Currently, I am only able to choose one of the following: Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Pay. Additionally, I want an "All" option included so all seven types are selected on the CMS 1500 form.

    Allow me to select the Payer Type from within the payer settings. Currently, I can only select Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare. It would be helpful to have the option to select ChampVA, Tricare/Champus, etc., Rather than require a rule to check this box. As there is a location to enter this, it just appears to be missing all the options.
