Add document type for Plan of Care under the docs tab, separate from the Initial Evaluation. Would like to be able to create a plan of care without requiring an appointment.
An option is needed to provide POCs to MD office for patients recently evaluated at other clinics as well as those not completed in Fusion. Im an EI provider and often receive evals completed by other therapists. With the current set-up in Fusion, Im unable to simply share that eval along with my goals for the child. Instead, I have to make a WORD doc POC, type the results for the other eval and manually send via fax.
Having Plan of Care as an appointment type when booking the appointment. Currently there are normal visit, progress report, re-assessment, initial assessment, and discharge. We would like an option for Plan of Care so we can enter in the POC without needing to do a progress note.
