When I add billing codes to a preset appointment, have the codes appear in the same order on the note and claim.

When completing a document, allow me to see the patient's last appointment so that I don't have to close the document and go to their information.

When viewing a patient's information, the space between the field name and the actual information makes it difficult to read. For example, the field "Name" is aligned left, but the patient's name is aligned right.
