Limit users in Users filter if a service type filter is applied
If I've applied a service type filter to my calendar and then want to apply a user(s) from the Users filter, only display the users in the filter that are part of that service type so I don't have to weed through every user.

Show how much of the balance was previously billed to the patient
When viewing the patient's statement, allow me to quickly see how much of the balance has been previously billed out so I have an idea of the aging of the account.

Add column headers to every page of statements/invoices
When printing a statement or invoice that has multiple pages, have the column headers (i.e. Charge, Credit, Total, Balance) appear on every page. Since the totals are displayed on the last page it would be helpful to have the column headers to ref...

Select multiple therapists to filter insight reports
On insight reports that let me filter it by a specific therapist, allow me the option to select multiple therapists similar to how I can select users from the Users filter on the calendar.
