When viewing columns for incomplete documents in the Users report, differentiate the daily notes and evaluations that are actually mine vs those that have been submitted to me for co-signing.

Let me add multiple diagnosis codes to a patient or evaluation at once.

Let me include the "Group Name" from the patient's payer / coverage on the Claims report.

Let me limit a billing code to a specific location so users at other locations can't select it.

Let me type in a longer name for home activity documents.

Let me include the Canceled % in the Service Breakdown report and reports based on it, such as the Appointment Count by Service (MTD) saved report so I can see cancellation percentages by service type.

Let me join a teletherapy session more than 10 minutes before the scheduled time. If I'm working with a family who has back-to-back appointments and one appointment ends early, we have to reschedule the next appointment before we can get started.

When an appointment is set to use teletherapy, always use POS 02 on the claim instead of the location's POS code.
