Allow me to set a default duration for appointments. All of our appointments are 45 minutes and if this defaulted it would be one less thing I have to enter on the appointment.

If I put in an unavailable day (such as a day off), don't have that day display on the calendar.

Make it easy to track and identify when a supervisor is required for a visit, such as for every 7th visit.

When viewing the calendar, only display the therapist's first name in the column heading instead of their first and last name.

When checking out a patient from the schedule, have the dialog box display the patient's name so that we know we are checking out the right patient.

Add a filter to the calendar so we can easily identify the new patients coming for their first appointment.

Integrate with Acuity so we can set availability based on appointment types, so when that type of appointment is requested we can search for only those openings.

When hovering over the calendar icon on the patient's appointment, show "Total Attended" in addition to "Total Canceled" and "Total No Show". This would save time when reporting on patient attendance.

Make each status of an appointment a different color. For example, make scheduled patients blue, evaluations yellow, progress notes green, cancellations red, no-shows black, etc. to make it easier to distinguish the different appointments.
