When scheduling repeating appointments, there are options under Timing for Every Week, Every Other Week, and Every 4 Weeks. Add more options or allow us to add additional options because we have patients that come every 3 weeks.

Right now, when an appointment is marked as cancelled, it shows as a lighter version of the preset color. This makes it difficult to distinguish between cancelled appointments and appointments with other statuses.

On the Charge Summary, put the patient's last name first so it reads Last Name, First Name (e.g. Smith, John).
