Let me use Jot Forms with Fusion.

For patients using the self-check-in kiosk, let me require that they verify their identity so it's more secure.

Allow me the option to hide the therapist's name next to the appointments that appear on the portal. Sometimes the therapists change and we don't want to set false expectations with our clients.

Don't allow patients or caregivers to make payments on the patient portal if there is no balance owed.

Allow me to upload a patient's goals that can be easily viewed on the patient portal so that the caregiver doesn't have to open a document to view them.

I don't want a patient's upcoming appointments to be visible on our clinic's patient portal.
