Prevent Multiple Cases of the Same Type From Being Created
We are a ST only clinic and would like it if there was a way to disable the creation of duplicate cases to ensure that each patient only has one as it is causing problems with our documentation.

Future consideration
Allow me to resend the welcome email that people receive when I invite them to the portal. If they didn't receive the welcome email, I can only send them an email to reset their password, I can't resend the welcome email.

Set "Verified" to "No" when a patient is completely discharged
When a patient is discharged from all services, I want the "Verification" field for all of their coverages reset to "No" to prevent confusion if they start services again later.
