Allow me to create a new document from the patient's documentation center.

Please add two fields labeled Last Audiological assessment and Last Vision assessment. We would like to see this information at a glance within the patient dialog.

Allow me to view a summary of the patient's information so that I can view only the pieces of information that I have filled out, rather than all the empty fields as well.

Adjust the formatting of the service type check boxes in authorizations, so that they are easier to read.

In the patient information screen under Patient Notes, have separate sections based on role. We want to separate out the Admin notes from the Scheduling notes.

Don't allow me to edit the case notes when clicking to open it. Just allow me to view it and include an option to edit.
